Loyalty club rules
The loyalty club is an optional programme run by each barbershop that uses Barba & Cabelo. The exact rules — points, levels, perks and rewards — depend on each barbershop.
How the club works
- Visit completed
- Earn pointsWhen the barbershop turns on the club, every completed appointment earns the customer points.
- Level upThe points you add up over time set your level. Redeeming points for rewards doesn't lower your level.
- Redeem rewardsThe barbershop may offer rewards you can redeem points for, confirmed by the barbershop at redemption.
Point amounts, levels, perks and rewards vary from one barbershop to another and may change. The rules shown for your barbershop in the app are the ones that apply.
General terms
- Points are valid only at the barbershop where they were earned and can't be exchanged for cash.
- The barbershop may change the club rules. Changes apply from then on and don't erase points already earned.
- The barbershop may correct your balance in case of an error, and the adjustment is recorded in your points history.
- Questions about points, levels and rewards should be taken up directly with the barbershop.
