1Acceptance
By accessing or using the Barba & Cabelo app (beauty.contheiner.digital), you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2The service
Barba & Cabelo is a booking, loyalty and management platform for barbershops. It allows shops to register services and staff, customers to book appointments, and the business to keep track of the schedule and communications related to appointments.
Optional integrations (for example, the shop's WhatsApp or Google Calendar/Contacts) depend on a connection and authorization made by the person in charge of the barbershop.
3Accounts and responsibilities
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activities carried out in your account.
- Shop owners and administrators are responsible for the data they register (staff, services, customers and communications) and for complying with the laws that apply to their relationship with their customers.
- Information provided must be true and up to date. Abusive use, fraud or attempted unauthorized access may result in suspension or closure of the account.
- You must be 18 or older to use the app. Customers under 18 may use it only with permission from a parent or guardian. Anyone who registers a barbershop must be 18 or older and able to represent it.
- When registering a barbershop, the owner also accepts the Data Processing Agreement, which sets out how we handle the data of the shop's customers and staff.
4Google and other third-party services
When you use Google sign-in or connect Google Calendar/Contacts, Google's terms and policies also apply. How this information is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
When you disconnect Google Calendar/Contacts in the app, we revoke access with Google and immediately delete the stored tokens and imported events. If the revocation can't be confirmed, or if you prefer, remove Barba & Cabelo's access directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Data received from Google APIs is used only for the features described in the Privacy Policy, never for advertising, and is never sold.
5Availability
We strive to keep the service available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, network failures or failures of external providers may temporarily affect access.
6Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Barba & Cabelo is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service, nor for content or operational decisions of the barbershops that use it.

You can permanently delete your own account in the app (My profile), without contacting support. Personal data is removed; anonymous operational records of schedule/attendance may remain with the barbershop.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top indicates the current version. Continued use after the changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new version, where permitted by applicable law.
